Come join us for this special event in which you can take four of our current class offerings in one day! Get four of our classes at the discounted rate of $30 per class with a coffee social, farm-to-table lunch, and snack spread included in the cost. This event is extra special because you will be able to watch the sourdough process from start to finish as it rises all day though our classes and we bake it at the end for you to bring warm bread home. We may even throw in a special bonus mini class on how to make homemade butter ;-)
You will leave class with:
- The ability to make sourdough from scratch, make yogurt, water bath can, and pressure can.
- Party favors including a loaf of our “Anything-But-Basic” sourdough, homemade butter, basil-garlic tomato sauce, and homemade chicken stock.
- A smile on your face :-)
You will also have the option to purchase additional product we make in class at a discounted rate. As the product we make in class is limited, if you know you would like additional products please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure to bring additional supplies.
